1. Delivery Service Area
At present, Hidayah Store delivers orders only within:
- Faridpur, Uttar Pradesh
- Bareilly District, Uttar Pradesh
We are working to expand our delivery network. In the future, we plan to offer shipping across India. Updates regarding new service areas will be published on our website and official social media channels.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Faridpur: Same Day or Within 24 Hours (subject to product availability and order timing)
- Bareilly District: Within 1–3 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Hidayah Store may also offer free delivery on selected products or promotional offers from time to time.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders within our current delivery areas.
Hidayah Store reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, locations, or customers if necessary.
6. Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive confirmation via:
- Phone Call
- SMS
- Email (where applicable)
Please ensure that the contact information provided is accurate.
7. Delivery Attempts
If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, our delivery partner may attempt delivery again or contact the customer for further instructions.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Hidayah Store shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
9. Order Inspection
Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please inform the delivery person immediately and contact Hidayah Store as soon as possible.
10. Future Expansion
Hidayah Store currently serves customers in Faridpur and Bareilly District.
As our business grows, we plan to introduce shipping across India. Once nationwide delivery becomes available, this Shipping Policy will be updated accordingly.
